These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made at Apricot Shop, located in Sunnyvale, California, USA ("Shop," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing products at our physical retail location (the Barn), customers agree to these Terms.
Apricot Shop operates exclusively as a physical retail business. We do not offer online sales or remote purchasing services.

Customers are encouraged to inspect products before completing their purchase.
