May is a truly special time in our orchards. As spring reaches its peak, our apricot and cherry trees are in full bloom. The delicate white and soft pink blossoms cover the trees like a gentle cloud, creating one of the most beautiful moments of the year on the farm. Beyond their beauty, these blossoms are also an important sign that the new fruit season has begun.

During this period, nature plays a vital role. Bees and other pollinators visit the flowers and help transform blossoms into the fruits we will harvest later in the season. With good weather and plenty of sunshine, the first tiny apricots and cherries will soon begin to form.

May is also an important month for caring for our trees. Our team carefully monitors the orchards, ensuring that the trees receive the right balance of water and nutrients. We check the health of the young fruits, maintain the soil, and continue pruning where necessary to support strong and healthy growth. Every step helps ensure the best possible quality for the upcoming harvest.

At the same time, preparations for the busy harvest season are already underway. We are organizing equipment, preparing the farm shop, and planning the many tasks that come with the peak of summer. Behind the scenes, a lot of work goes into making sure everything will be ready when the first cherries and apricots reach their perfect ripeness.

May is also a wonderful time to visit the farm. The orchards are full of life, the air is fresh with the scent of blossoms, and the landscape is vibrant with spring colors. It’s a quiet but exciting moment in the agricultural calendar — a time when the promise of the coming harvest begins to take shape.

🐣 Monthly Barn News – Chicken Update!
We’re excited to share some wonderful news from the barn: we’ve had a happy little chicken addition! Our newest chicks have arrived and are already bringing lots of life and energy to the farm.

They are healthy, curious, and growing stronger every single day. Watching them explore, cuddle together, and take their first tiny steps has been a real joy.

We can’t wait to see them grow into a strong new flock — stay tuned for more fluffy updates soon! 🌿🐓
